I guess I can be glad that it's school vacation week. I don't have to get up quite so early this week, so if I need it, I can catch a few extra ZZZZ's. Patty

I am anxious to hear how you do. Some people report never being able to use the machine and some, like me wonder how they ever lived without it. I am now down 135 lbs and am not sure I need it anymore. I should make an appointment for a new sleep study but if I don't need the CPAP anymore I will miss being able to bury myself in the covers with fresh air pumped in. Keep me in the loop. Betz

Betz, OMG...congrats. on your weight loss !!!! I think I'll do ok with the c-pap; I didn't have any trouble with it during the sleep study. Now at home in my own bed, I should be OK. Patty

Well, so much for my sunny attitude and that #%@8^$ c-pap machine. Not much sleep at all last nite, woke up every 2 hours feeling like someone was trying to POWER WASH my nose. Now I'm having a pity party for one! Patty

Hi Patty, I felt like that too. I then had and idea. Everytime I woke up I would turn the CPAP off and on again so it would ramp up again with the lower pressure it help me go back to sleep. It works like a charm for me. see what I mean. Thanks, Paula
