RI - How did you move on this beautiful Sunday?

Okay Rhode Island - How did you move on this beautiful Sunday? I am going for a walk and will let you all know how it was when I get back.

My friend and I walked 2.54 miles - considering I have not moved for three weeks - I would say not to bad!

That is great.. It was beautiful out Sunday. Where do you go walking? Jamice

We basically walked around the garden city neighborhood. She lives off the Roger Williams so we decided we would take turns between the two places.

That sounds great! Do you walk during the week? It's going to be nice tomorrow. Probably still going to be decent after work. I am thinking of taking my son out for a walk.

I don't normally get out of wor****il 6:00 - which before DST was getting dark. I probably will start walking more during the week as it stays darker later. Hope you had a great walk!

i did the bike path in cumberland early in the am! Took my dog with me, played some frisbee along the way. it was sooo nice. Then i went to my parents house on the cape, and they had planned a surprise party for me [I turned 30 on Friday!]. So all the walking I did totally made me feel like it was perfectly acceptable to sit on the deck all afternoon soaking in the sun. And, i even had 3 bites of my birthday sugar-free cheesecake. Everyone raved about it - and my mom didn't even tell anyone it was SF. LOL I hope this week is just as nice!! Kristen

Happy Birthday Kristen!! I will be 30 in Aug. LOL which is funny because I was sure that I was going to be 29......LOL I was just talking to a friend who said that she was going to be 30 in July and I said...hey I thought I was older than you and she said no you are younger by a month and I tried really hard to convince her and myself that I was only going to be 29..LMBO

I have been 32 in June for the last 4 years!!! Then I do the math......UGH!
