It Worked--I'm Approved!!!!

I can hardly believe I'm typing out these words: I HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!! After 14 L O N G weeks of tears and frustration, and switching insurance, it has happened. It took BC/BS only 2 days to approve; no lost paperwork, no more recent 6 mo. weight loss attempt, no more crap. My packet from Dr. Royes office is on its way. Patty

Congrats Patty! I also have B/C and had no trouble getting approved. Once you get your packet from Dr. Roye's office, start calling for appointments ASAP...especially the nutritionist. I have to wait almost 4 weeks to see her. And by the way, the name of the nutritionist on the packet is wrong - it's Robin Joseph you need to make the appointment with. Oh, and the sleep study - I guess it takes 3 weeks to get the results back to Dr. Roye's office, so you'll want to schedule that ASAP too. Good luck! Kathleen

Yeah Patty! Isn't BC /BS awesome!? That's the insurance I had, no extra hoops to jump through. It was destined to be. Everything's going to fall into place now. You'll be surprised at how quickly you'll be heading toward being a loser. Congrats! Pam
