Hey there, Doesn't seem like many people have been posting on the RI board these days. Knock, knock, any body home out there??? How y'all doing? Anyway, my topic is that I've found chicken I don't get sick eating. Often baked and grilled chicken upsets my stomach, but, I've found that the Purdue Perfect Portions chicken breast, when cooked exactly according to package directions, I can almost eat the entire breast half (one breast filet, which is 4.8oz) I've found cooking them using the pan fry method on top of the stove makes a real nice juicy bit of protien. They come in great flavors, teriaki, tomato basil and italian. At least those are the flavors I've tried. They're a bit on the expensive side, but if you have a BJs near you, they are very reasonable (about $10.00 at Shaws and Stop &Shop and BJs price is $7.00) I've also found a new turkey burger by Jennie-O, I think that's the name, they pre-mix italian seasoning into it, nice change. Also Shady Brooks Farm makes a nice turkey sausage that doesn't use animal intestine as the casing. I personally find that gross. It's a calcium alginate casing. Added benefits are that my mom doesn't have trouble chewing it because the skin casing doesn't get too dry and chewy like animal intestine. Makes it easier to digest for me too. Any who, just though I'd share. Pam

HI Pam, I also have a problem eating chicken. I get a very weird feeling when i eat hot chicken. The olney kind i have tried is roasted chicken. But I find that I can eat cold chicken....figure that one out. I can't eat much of it but when I do eat it cold, it doesnt bother me. I put it in a salad and eat it that way. I dont have problems with any other protein like beef or pork, but I still can't eat eggs. I try every now and then but I end up vomiting it up, and I Love eggs....but they dont love me for some odd reason. I am happy to find out that I am not the only one with this problem. Carol b
