Anticipation is driving me crazy!!!

Well I have begun the journey! I went to see the dietician and had my gall bladder ultrasound. I have an appt for the psych consult on the 22nd. I don't see Dr Giovanni until March. I hate waiting! The only good thing about it is that everyday I remind myself and keep telling myself about all the positive changes that will happen once the surgery happens. I am so looking forward to the help the band can give me in my quest to lose weight and be healthy. I cant wait for the day that I am the one running through the neighborhood, not the one looking enviously out her window!! I am so inspired. I have even begun prepping my girls for the change coming down the road!

We can all relate to that feeling...the good news is...March is only 1 Month away!!!! YEAH!

Rhonda, I'm in a similar boat as you...just waiting. I saw the dietician yesterday and my consult with Dr. Giovanni is March 26th. But my insurer requires 6 months of documented weightloss attempts with my PCP and I only saw her last week, so according to my calculations I'm going to be waiting until August before I have a chance at getting the ok. Rhonda I know the feeling I am 10 days out of Surgery with Dr Giovanni and I thought the time would never pass. I have been doing fantastic and have not lost 65 lbs. Make good use of the time by preparing I did and it made a great difference. Cut out sugars ( get your one last time's over with ) I cut out sugars and used lots of Crystal lite, no coffee no alcohol and things went great in no time you will be on the loosers bench and feeling great.
