Did anyone attend the last group?
yes, I went. The presentation was pretty good - although I don't think I really learned anything different than what most magazines/weigh****chers tells you. She hit the basics:
1. don't go to a party hungry.
2. bring a dish you know you can eat, whenever possible.
3. keep a journal.
4. do whatever it takes to keep stress level down. [hire a cleaner, babysitter if possible. meditate, workout, kickbox, go somewhere alone, etc.]
They had a tasting of a pumpkin custard.. most people finished theirs. I didn't. I don't like pumpkin or custard... so i'm not sure why i even tried it. LOL it wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth the calories, little as they may have been.
It was a much, much smaller group than normal - but that's to be expected around the holidays.
