I'm back!
Feeling a little better...starting to get things down now....found that first, for some strange reason, my belly doesn't handle much at night, so that's my lightest meal...I do my highest protein at lunch instead, and second, I can eat very, very little after 6pm without tossing my cookies! Still have boughts of throwing up, but not as much. Although today, I do believe I pulled a belly muscle while throwing up....Great, I know! But, not bad. Just wanted to update everyone. I'm now at 286, down 56 lbs in 7 weeks...not too shabby! I'll take it. Back to work on 11/27, YUCK! Talk to you all soon. Thanks for everyone's input and well wishes.
