3 YEARS BEHIND ME

It has been a while since I had my band placement I`m down 90 lbs or so it`s been hard and have gained some weight back comming back to this site has motivated me to be a looser again. Wish me luck. Mike carnevale if you read this good luck buddy your friend. Ron

Good for you for getting back to the site and working at losing more. Once my surgery is done we can get together and go walking or do something that will help us burn calories. If you need anything I am here for you. Good Luck.

Hi Ron, Congrats on 90 that is a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work. I am awaiting a date and cant wait to be on the loosing side too. I haven't seen too many people here that have used Dr Pohl but I hear great things. I am truly getting tired of waiting though. All my pre tests are done and it would be great to have surgery in December or January. Again Keep on loosing. All The best Tom
