Anyone going to the follow up nutrition class on Wednesday???

I believe the meeting is right afterward....may or may not stay...depends on what time it ends.

hey Jess- I will be there for both meetings. the support group meeting usually last an hour to an hour and a half. this one is suppossed to be on exercise so it should be good. see ya there!! Shannon
