5 questions

Hi: Saw Dr. Harrison today, 1st visit, on my way to the million of tests. He wants me to have 5 things I want to do when I get the weight off. He said not like to fit in an airplane seat. Not sure what he is talking about. Any help???

Hi Donna, That is a curious question. I think fit in an airplane seat is an excellent "goal" but not necessarily something you want to "do." Maybe he is looking for more specific activities like take a beach vacation or run a 5k. Just my thoughts. Betz

I too have Dr. Harrington....I had to give my 5 goals as well. He looks more toward physical...for example I said when I lost my weight I wanted to bike the Blackstone bike path (6 miles), and I said I wanted to rollerskate with the kids for the whole 2 hours. Thing like that. His example to me was to run or walk in a 5K. Hope that helps.

Uhmmm... you should tell him you want to fit in that little tiny size 2 black dress LOL Just kidding!! Hehehehe.... How about ...live longer....watch kids grow older...if you have kids. Be healthy!!! Leap off a tall building...hehehe...kidding again! I want to dance with the stars!!! LOL Good luck. L.
