I too have Dr. Harrington....I had to give my 5 goals as well. He looks more toward physical...for example I said when I lost my weight I wanted to bike the Blackstone bike path (6 miles), and I said I wanted to rollerskate with the kids for the whole 2 hours. Thing like that. His example to me was to run or walk in a 5K. Hope that helps.
