i did it!
could you have had a more perfect weekend to be on Nantucket? I mean really!!
I'm glad you had such a good time. Sorry your butt hurts, though!
I almost got on a bike this weekend. My boyfriend walked me through rebuilding an old BMX bike of his this weekend. It was the anniversary of his accident on Saturday [he broke his neck during a BMX race and became a C5 quadriplegic]], so we wanted to do something fun to commemorate it. We turned his beat up old boy bike into a girly bike and painted it sky blue with white handles and banana seat. He wanted me to ride it after we finished.. but I chickened out. I still think I'm too big? I don't know. Maybe I'll try it after work tonight.
If you can ride a bike - so can I, right? lol
yikes,

thank you everyone!
i don't know if this is a good thing or not... but i'm damn near positive i never would have gotten this job 100 pounds ago. i'm obviously delighted that i have it now, but it's still a bit bittersweet, you know?
everyone keep up the great work.. i'm so excited for all the pre-op/soon to be post-ops! there are so many of you coming up so quickly. it's great!!
hugs,
