i did it!
100 pounds.. gone FOREVER!!!
I've dropped 10 magical pounds in the last week and I am LOVING it!! Although, I did just buy brand new clothes.. and now they don't fit.
Oh well - I have a new job [not working for the Navy, even though they gave me my job back!] as a Project Analyst for Citizens Bank. Woohoo. Tons more money for me and a great step up in the project management world. yay! So once I get my first paycheck... I'm hitting the shops!!
Life couldn't be better for me right now.

SciFit makes the "cool chocolate mint". with a tablespoon of SF/FF pudding mix, a few ice cubes, milk - it was nearly as good as a mint chocolate chip frappucino!

also, if you want the rest of my protein shakes you can have them. I've got a target bag with about 10 samples from wlssupplies.com and 3 or 4 from vitalady. i just never got very adventurous with my shakes. found 2 i liked and stuck to them!
i can meet you somewhere, or drop them off, whatever is easiest - if you want them, that is!

How the did you lose that much so fast???? Wow you are a fast looser.....
Whats the secret??? Are you eating just three meals a day, or mini meals through out the day? I know you excersise a lot...I guess thats key.....Can you take back the clothes you bought? Also, Congrats on your new job....and more$$$$$$$$ that always help...lololol..especially for a new wardrobe.....Dont forget to get some pics up for us to see....you must be lookin......really good.......

i have no idea why i've lost so fast. maybe it's because i haven't had any issues with eating? maybe it's because my bmi was so high [56.1] ?maybe it's because i put a lot of effort into planning what i eat now. i know i have to eat X amount, so i put that much onto my plate. I find when I don't do that, i eat mindlessly and that can't be good. lol
i know myself, and that i'm going to want to snack.. so i try to make those snacks healthy. so i eat 2 big meals [lunch and dinner], and leave enough calorie room so i can have a piece of toast with peanut butter, or a couple spoonfulls of sunflower seeds or a peach- i actually ate 2 and a half nectarines today. lol. i try to eat around 800 calories, but if it's more or less, i don't stress too much.
i really don't eat anything except protein, lots of veggies/fruit and maybe a piece of whole grain bread every once in a while. i love the low carb multigrain at Atlanta Bread - and Wonder just came out with a Whole Grain White bread that works really well for me. i'm trying really hard to eat more good carbs.. but i just don't want them - so it's been hard! i really don't know what good carbs are, other than whole grain bread.. so i just stick to that. lol
i do exercise, but i haven't joined a gym yet. i just play with my dog a lot harder than i ever have. she's exhausted - which makes her bark less - so it's a win-win-win situation no matter how you look at it. i take her on a lot of walks now, play too much frisbee, run and chase her around... i have to join a gym now because the weather's getting icky and she won't go outside. lol
i'll take some pictures next week for my 5 month anniversary. Hopefully I'll have some better fitting clothes!! lol
