3 Month Checkup

Hi Dear Friends, Well today I had my 3 month check up with Dr Harrington. I was nervous about the blood work as sometimes I do forget to take my vitamins. But he said I am doing fantastic. I thought my weight loss was slow but he said i am ahead, so that was god to hear. I now weigh 222, thats 83 lbs loss, 65 of that since surgery. I am thrilled. My blood work was fine. In fact my cholesterol took a nose dive. It is now 103. He told me to talk to my primary dr as I am on meds for that and proably will be taken off them now. So thats great to hear. One less pill.. He was also going over my meds with me and I told him I went off aspirin. As i heard it damages your pouch. But he told me the lower dose is fine and to get back on it. So thats what I will do. He gave me a goal weight of 186 but I hope to get down to 150. We will see. But so far everything is going great. I have not gotten sick once. I am thrilled about that. I jus****ch everything I put in my mouth. Thanks every body for being there for me. Claudia
