Hi Peeps
Well I know it's been a really long time since I've written on here...I don't mean to not be here but I started a new full time job, and I haven't worked full time in over 10 years....so this is a new thing for me...I'm exhausted...
I've been doing great...I'm finding that I can eat more than before, but in moderation its all good. I've lost....drumroll please....92 lbs......I still want to lose another 30 lbs...but it's all good...I think its more excersize that I need to do, but working full time is making that kind of hard...I feel wonderful...
On another note...I'm going to be tested in a few weeks to see if I'm a match to give my sister some of my bone marrow...she has leukemia and if I can help save her life I will do anything. I spoke with Dr Ryder and my PCP and they both said it will be fine. I'm a little nervous and anxious...this will be my second operation, but it will be well worth it if it save's my sisters life.
I wanted to tell everyone at the last meeting that you all are doing great...you all look wonderful and I am so proud to be one of you...
Love to all of you
Teri
PS...I will get some updated pictures soon....I don't look anything like this pic anymore...

Hi honey.....
I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. I have always thought about getting on that list because so many people need help. I've procrastinated and that was just wrong. We should do this early on in life so that we can be there for anyone who's in need....and my heart is fully with your sister, you, and your whole family at this time.
I'm so proud of you. I can't even stand it. 92 pounds!!! OMG. That is just fantastic. Jeez almighty. I just can't believe it. You're my hero and I hope I do half as good as you've done so far.
BIG HUGS to you and my prayers for your sisters speedy recovery from this illness.

Congratulations to YOU!!!!!! wow thats a lot of weight!!!!!!!! Please up date your pictuers. We all want to see you. Are you eating just three meals a day or are you eating mini meals? Dr harrington wants me to get to eating only three meals a day and drinking water or crystal light in between. Right now, I have trouble with proteins so i eat mini meals. I have only lost 60 lbs so far.....92 is just soooooo great!!
I am sorry to hear about your sister, but i know of a person that luekemia and her brother donated his bone marrow and she is alive and going strong......her operaton was 15 years ago...She has the best outlook on life too. It's a hard journey to get through from what I heard but she will do great after that.....
Take care and keep us posted and your pics.....

Wow! What an amazing weight loss. I was at the meeting when you brought up the question about donating for your sister. I was so impressed and thought so highly of you to give such an incredible gift of love to your sister! You are to be admired.
And at the meeting I was so impressed with your weight loss, I think it was 86 pounds then, and now you're at 92!!!! My god! How are you doing it?? That shirt was gorgeous by the way. Can you believe you only have 30 to reach your goal?? So amazing! Congratulations!!!
