3 MONTHS OUT.....
Well Wednesday was 3 months and I am down 61 lbs. Since surgery and 92 lbs. Total!!! I was so happy to see the numbers, I know I am not the fastest loser around but I am still doing pretty good. For a while I was disappointed thinking I wasn't losing fast enough, but everyone is different. How is everyone else doing? Talk to everyone soon...Ti...

It was 3 months yesterday for me and i have lost 57 pounds since surgery and 75 pounds total. It seems like the weight is going real slow lately.
Can you tell me what you have been eating and what a typical day is eating wise?
