help scared

hi i have the teaching class thursday its going to be 100 degrees i weigh five hundred pouunds im scared of going ouut in this heat i have 13 stairs i will n ever make it back in my house anyone have any suggestions? i already have taken the class witrh dr harrington in dec i hope the drs understand im so scared how will i leave my house in this heat...im terrified and if i dont do it i will die also ive been waiting so long for this surgery ....im so sad

Why do you have to take this class over again? As far as the stairs go, I know how you feel, I dont weigh as much but I need to have two knee replacements and when I use stairs, I have to go one foot at a time...(like a very elderly person would). Just take your time going up and down them. Leave enough time to do this....Where is this teaching class? Is it at Dr. H's office? If you are going to Dudley Street, leave early and try to find a parking space near bottom of the parking garage and take your time walking to the elevators, once you're in them, you will fine as it's nice and cool in the offices. Hi Donna, Are you alone? Can someone help you. My first thought was to offer you my assistance but alas, I am busy that day having my intestines re routed. I would say find someone to help you. If you can not then call the office tomorrow and ask if the class you already took is sufficient. Do you have a handicapped plate? There is valet parking for people with handicapped plates. BETZ
