Transational class?

Hi, I was wondering if any of you post op people have gone to the transitional class where they tell you how to go back eating reg food. Did you learn alot from it? Any thoughts about it? Claudia

you should go.. i learned quite a bit. although the best part was that they told us we could start eating salad! thank god!!! i'll see everyone there tonight!
