Claudia- Hey girl keep ur head up high!! U r just experiencing a plateau in the weight loss area, everyone goes through these plateaus. Some people go through them more than others. Dont get discouraged just keep doing what you r doing and u will break that plateau before u know it!! Shannon

You won't fail at this. Our bodies need time to adjust to the new layout of our intestines and your's is stilll adjusting. I was told early on, that when we lose a lot in a few weeks, that our bodies need a break to catch up, and it's during these weeks that we don't lose is when we're losing inches instead. Keep your chin up. Keep doing what you're doing and work the program. Get to a support group meeting or post here often when feeling frustrated. paula

Claudia, My suggestion is to take your measurements once a month. That way when the scale stalls you have another way to see your progress. Good luck! Danielle
