next meeting?

I wasnt up to going to the last meeting... I can't wait to meet ya'all though... when is the next one and where? btw... I'm doing well after my surgery... and keeping everything down well too.. no problems so far and that unjury powder is great! I had the epidural for my back a week after surgery and OMG I feel so much better!!! hopefully I can avoid back surgery now (o: My surgeon says it is ok for me to start swimming now.. and because of my back and knees.. it will be about the only exersize i'll be able to get... anyone else go to the Y in Warwick on 117? I'm going to join this week.. So far.. lost 12lbs in 10 days... yippee it's nice being a loser! take care all... Trish

The next meeting is July 12 at Gerry house on RIH campus at 630 pm.

the ymca in warwick is a great place to belong, everyone is nice and you never make you feel uncomfortable doing anything. i know i been going for years fat and thinner.good luck thinking about making it to next meeting. never been and 11 months post op.
