what did everyone eat???
Hello all.... I am getting very bored with my liquid diet here.
... Tuesday I will be 2 weeks post-op and am getting pretty tird of chicken broth & tomato soup, I know a lot of people eat cream soups but I can't deal with them
they're gross to me, I am a very picky eater. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hay T!
I know a lot of people talk about Sugar Free CIB and Skim milk. (Carnation Instant Breakfast) So tonight while food shopping i decided to check it out as I have 25 days till my surgery and I'm trying to scope things out that I may need. I found they have Sugar Free CIB already mixed! Kinda like a juice box thingie. They come in a pack of 4, either chocolate or vanilla. They are on sale this week at Stop & Shop. Might be worth the try seeing how they have 12grams of protein in em! I've heard some mix their protein powder with them also.
My sister-in-law mixed her protein with skim milk and sugar free pudding (that unflavored unjury stuff I told you guys about.) That could be an option too.
I also found liquid vitamins, Centrum in liquid form.
I despise taking pills so that's probly gonna be the thing for me.
I hope this helps somewhat.. I'm sure the other who are already post-op will be able to tell you way more!
Good Luck
And Big Hugs
