yes Teri, how are you doing??? We havent seen you post in a week or so...I am finding that i can eat cantalope and honeydew..mmmm and baked and sweet potatoes with a little sour cream. I too have a huge problem with the protein drinks that are already made. I did however, take a cup of soy vanilla (silk brand) milk and add a scoop of chocolate protein powder along with a small ripe banana and pulse it in my blender. I then poured it over ice....now that was grea!!!! No after taste..only the banana. I could have added a little bit of peanut butter but I only had the crunch and I thought I had better now with the bits of peanut. NOt yet anyways.
Hi Carol,
I am glad you are doing so well. You are brave to try all these things. I wish I would be brave but i am afraid to try anything new.
My stomach is making all these gurrgling noises, is this normal? Does any body elses do that.
Also after surgery did you guys have visiting nurse come in. I don't know why that is needed.

I have been doing the sf carnation with skim milk plus a scoop of powdered milk, 8 oz = 20 grams of protein, but it does have more calories than a regular protein drink. I'm hoping I find something I can handle......Ti...
