good evening everyone
The last couple days I had a bad time at lunch because I was trying things that were not ready for my pouch. Today I was very good during lunch and only had sf protein pudding and some baby peaches with it and i felt very good. I remembered what Teri had said about scallops and how she can keep them down because they are soft to eat. Well, I got some today, and I ate three large scallops with a 4oz motts applesause and it staid down without any problems.
So Teri, the scallops were absolultely delicious steamed with a bit of salt on them, it was such a treat to eat "real" food. Thanks for the tip.
byw, claudia, good luck with your surgery, and i hope i didnt scare you too much, but like I said to you before, everyone is very different.
