The last couple days I had a bad time at lunch because I was trying things that were not ready for my pouch. Today I was very good during lunch and only had sf protein pudding and some baby peaches with it and i felt very good. I remembered what Teri had said about scallops and how she can keep them down because they are soft to eat. Well, I got some today, and I ate three large scallops with a 4oz motts applesause and it staid down without any problems. So Teri, the scallops were absolultely delicious steamed with a bit of salt on them, it was such a treat to eat "real" food. Thanks for the tip. byw, claudia, good luck with your surgery, and i hope i didnt scare you too much, but like I said to you before, everyone is very different. Tomoroow at this time it will be over and you will be on your way.....God Speed.... Carolb

Hi Carol, No you didn't scare me. I can't wait till tomorrow. I have to be there by 6 AM so hopfully that means I am getting done first. Claudia
