nice mothers day...

Good Morning to all, I thought for sure when i linked on to this site, I would see a posting from Teri,,,,or Kristen.... Just spoke to Claudia this morning, she is ready to go for her last blood work. I am staying home, doing laundry, changing bed sheets, some housework, etc...sort of staying away from people today, etc...just hanging out and wondering...mmmmmmmmmmm what shall I have for my last supper before my surgery. Tomororow is liquid day....then Wednesday is "the day" Teri, I am going with what you said, my id card, health ins card, and my meds sheet! This way its easier. I do have to put some type of ID on my c pap machine bag. There isnt any where to put your name, and i cant write on it, as it belongs to the insurance company. So i guess I'll get the duct tape out . Had a very nice mother day in Westerly, some great food, and no gall bladder attacks. whewwww thank God...was careful and didnt have anything cold with my meal...i think thats what did it..buttery popcorn and cold drinks..not a good combo.......ANYWAY,,,try and have a good monday even with the rain!! Hope no one is having water problems out there. Carol B

Carol, Well I'm glad you didn't have another attack, and that you had a nice supper. I don't think you will have a problem bringing the stuff that I told ya to bring...I know I didn't. For my c-pap machine, I didn't even use it in the hospital....but I used Tape and put my name on it. I just got back from Curves and did my work out....feeling good...today I hit 30 lbs gone forever.... Tell Claudia to have something really good for her last supper.... Teri

Hi claudia, I just told her what they told me to bring....a list of all med's and dosages, a photo id, and I ended up bringing way too much...I didn't get out of the johnny until it was time for me to go home, and I went home in the same thing that I wore to the hospital. It was really stupid, I had a suitcase full of stuff, and my cpap machine, and I didn't use any of it...I ended up having to carry all my stuff everywhere, and I didn't use any of it...so bring hardly anything with you....It's so hot in there, so you won't want a robe, you might want slippers...but they give you slipper socks... Thanks Carol, I'm so excited...i made my husband get on the scale and he weighs more than me lol....He was so upset....I kept callin him fatty lmao... It feels good....You will see, you'll be here in no time.. Teri
