Another question...

I posted on one of the main boards about protein drinks. Anyone have any suggestions on brands of drinks? I know sometimes there are sample packets, and I want to try some and find a kind that I like. Any suggestions?

check www.wlssupplies.com they allow you to "create a case" of sample packets. you get 6 for 9 dollars. they have loads of different kinds. my favorites are the ones mixed with water or CL. I really like the Syntrax Nectar proteins.. hth kristen
