so 6 days in, how's it going misscurves? I jsut finished day one and i'm trying to push through ... these optifast shakes are nasty!

I am defiantly going to come check it out as soon as I am up and around again. Doubt April, but for sure May.

On the paper my DR gave me, there didn't seem to be Vitamins listed?? Unless they are hidden on the paper.... I don't speak DR! LOL!

My blood pressure is also excellent since my surgery: 117/19 most of the time!  I didn't have any co-mobities (apnea, diabetes) or anything like that, just hereditary high cholesterol, which I am curious to see if it has changed at all.. I suspect I might be anemic, as I have always had a few issues with that throughout the years..  

The support meetings are for anyone and everyone! Pre and Post ops a like, it's great, and you should really try and make an effort to come out! I know my first meeting was pre-op and I learned sooo much!! IT was great and it's been even better post-op! The support is overwhelming and the information is fantastic!

I'm sure there is a bus that passes! I come from the west.... do I don't know..
