I received the call with my surgery date last week on tuesday... My pre-op tests were this past wednesday... And my surgery is in just a little bit more than week on July 15! Let me tell you that it can o fast! :)

She was presenting at my info session. She is so accessible, knowledgeable and generous of her time. Lucky you! 
ECG, meet with a doctor, meet with the nurse, meet with an anesthesiologist, blood draw, upper body xray. it's a lot but they are pretty efficient at it.
my nutritionist had me go up after the pre-op stuff to meet with her and get my optifast shake mixes for the pre op diet.
I THINK the pre-op tests are good for a month. I had mine done 3 weeks prior to surgery.
What are the pre op test at the RVH? And how prior to surgery were they done?

OH MY GOD!!!!!! count your blessings. She is WONDERFUL! You are in the BEST OF HANDS. I'm just so sad she's left Montreal.

I am actually from Ottawa and I understand that Dr. Neville from Montreal has moved to Ottawa and I will be seeing her in the middle of August.
