Hey There!
Surgery went very well, I will be 2 months post op in a few days, I am down 63lbs in total. I seem to have plateaud the last few weeks but mostly because I am not eating enough. I am NEVER hungry. My NUT says I need to force myself but it is really hard. I find the fatigue very hard, I usually hit a wall around 2pm and find it hard to come back from it so I have just requested I have a part time return to work through my insurance. I will see what they say.
It is a MAJOR learning curve. Eating slowly, takign vitamins, drinking water....it defintely isn't the easy way out but it is not as hard as you think. Listen to your body, follow the instructions and you will do great!!! If you ever just want to chat- message me :)
Hey there, how did your surgery go? I am in my first week of Optifast so I came across your blog. How are you coping with the new way of eating. Hope you are well.
