Hi guys, not alot of bloggers this week. I am the same weight. Today 151. I tend to wonder from 150-152 these days. I am more hungry these days and I am eating more carbs. We'll see what happens. I am honestly enjoying my pasta again even if it is about ½ cup.
Congrats to Nat on the loss and Doris stay patient your body is doing major adjustments. Just stay on course and the weight will go down.
See you all next week. The snow is finally starting to melt here, but I was still on snowshoes last weekend.

Doris,

I had the same issue at the beginning. I was limiting my calorie intake to 600-650 and was not losing much. I was then told to never aim for under 800-900 calories a day and the weight loss started again.

Take some healthy snacks more often, it did help me as I could not eat more during my meals.

Hi my friends,

How are you doing on this nice Monday?
I have not been on the forum for the last week as I have been very busy at work.

The week before, I had not lost any weight. However, this week, I went down 2.2 lbs. I don't mind plateau when they last only 1 week.

Hope that every one had done well and can't wait to hear from all of you.

Yes, it certainly is a beautiful Sunday morning.
I'm taking things day by day. I celebrated my 1 week surgiversary yesterday with a 1 mile trek through the park. I felt like I was ready. I woke up only a little bit sore this morning, had my morning shake and now I'm nursing a cup of tea. All, in all, not too shabby of a day.

I simply cannot wait until April 9th, though, when I can have a soft diet!
