Hi group,

I hope that you all had a great weekend even if it was raining. But now we have a sun, bright and shinny ... YOUPPI!!

I only lost 0.3 lbs this week. Yes it is low but I celebrated my weeding anniversary so considering the wine and the porto, I think that I did good.

I am spending 3 days in Winnipeg this week and will also spend a week on June 12. I start to feel that the Delta Winnipeg is my second home.

Hey all:

Nope, haven't received a call nor a letter but the doctor assured me was on the list so will take his word. Am very anxious yet nervous. I have many questions /concerns. I know it is the best decision for me however have read so many conflicting stories about post op diets and so forth. I know eating will change but will I be able to eat "normally" so to speak. A piece of toast, salad. Albeit in smaller quanties... What will my hospital stay be like, how long off work, Etc etc etc

This forum is definately going to be an asset. Can listen and speak to actual people who have gone through it.

You were definitely missed. Don't focus on those regrets, you're moving forward and thats the only direction for you to move in now. You're accomplishments thus far, no matter what they may mean to you personally, are substantial and significant in our eyes and I'm sure the eyes of those around you. You're doing a fantastic job!!! Keep it up :)
