Congrats Ana on another loss and for hitting your goal. Say by to those restaurants for now and enjoy them while you still can. You will be able to visit them again one day but only in moderation which is why this surgery is so great! It'll help you understand what real portions are.
Yay Sarah! You are in the 250's. You will hit your goal by then for sure! I know you can do it!
As for me, another loss of 2.8 pounds this week. I've been a little more active outside and things have been moving quite smoothly. Hoping to be under 300 by July 1st. I gotta push myself here the next couple of weeks. Cottage time in two weeks will really help me stay on track. I don't eat much when all I'm thinking about is fishing!

I only lost 1 pound this week, but it's okay because I've reached my goal of losing 30 lbs before surgery. Now I'm taking it easy, saying goodbye to a few of my favorite restaurants before I have to start on the shakes.

I agree with you Joel, we had nice days and it was so nice to be outside.
My week was good, I have lost 2.6 lbs. If I could have this every week, I would be a very happy girl.

A few minutes before 6h00PM and noboby checked in...It must be because it's soo nice outside!!!
I've enjoyed "playing" outside as much as I possibly could, took a few dips in the pool and got chores done...And I've got to confess that even chores were fun!
My (talking) scale said 175.5lbs this morning, so everything is fine...
