Hi everyone, can someone recommend a good protein powder mix that i can purchase in MTL? there are so many kinds and i know that not all them r good for a vsg patient... thanks
Okay, so I went to montreal to get my endoscopy to get it done in time.
I asked for a detailed bill, it was 375.00. The endoscopy itself was free the charges were for IV meds and staff.
I have no issues paying for the staff, but I did not get an IV.
I've had 2 endoscopes before while awake so felt no need to go under get general anesthesia this time.
Anyone dealt salt with this in the private sector?

keep it up! can try adding some crystal light/mio or torani/davinci syrups in them to change the taste a bit. I'm not convinced it makes them taste better, but sometimes different is good enough! lemon with the chocolate or strawberry might be good. I did pomegranite with the chocolate also.
It's been the hardest days... I can't stomach the shakes, can't get no veggies in and I'm sick of drinking water.... The chocolate which I loved at first is the hardest , I already mix the vanilla with strawberry... Should I just mix all 3 together? Lol
i just keep telling myself, it's for your own good, u want this, it's just a step you have to get thru...
Hope everyone else is doing better than me :)
13 days until surgery :D

I didn't use any salt/oil and had great results pre and post-op with no complications and very little pain!
