Thank you so much everyone and thank you Sylvia for sharing the information, I was to tired to go on my phone.
My pre-op diet was really not bad but I had to had more water and ice and this was good
The first days of the surgery was rough but I mad it thru and so happy. Since the beginning of the diet I have lost 30lbs and very happy even if I don't really see a difference.
This morning I have ate 1/2 egg and 1/2 a toast but I have a craving for a peach, they are soo good can't wait to eat 1 again
