hiya...

thanks everyone for ur support...... i am hoping to cure the constipation.....will try the senekot.....

can someone stop losing or reach a plateau as early as 3 weeks? should I go back a step?
I did have digestion problems, which hindered my water intake..... maybe I wasnt eating enough? yesterday was probably the easiest day I had to digest 3 meals and a snack and 2 1/2 water bottles .........

any suggestions.........

looking forward to the meeting next wk.........

Hi Robyn!
It's totally normal, it's called the dreaded 3 week stall, and happens to almost everyone, try searching it and you will find a TON of posts about it.. there are some standard stalls, and that is one of them, hopefully it will pass soon and you'll be back to loosing in no time!
Don't stress and stay positive! :)

I'm 16 days out and I have been on a plateau since 6 days now.  I have been doing a minimum of 30 minutes walk (2 to 3.5 km) a day, eating 75 to 90 grams protein, dinking more than 64 oz water and still I hit the plateau.  I made 2 weeks pre-op diet.

I need to lose 95 pounds, I was thinking becaue it is not a greater amount of weight that could may be the reason.

How much protein can we eat a day, I'm a bit concerned I could have been eating too much.
