Hi everyone, new to this site, so happy to see everyones progress and reading all the positive
feedback. I had the gastric sleeve and August 23rd with dr. Denis at Sacre Coeur and all is going 
Fantastic. Being such a food lover , I was afraid how my relationship with my love for food would
change after the surgery,  but it turns out that I really have no cravings and no mournings for
food, I just naturally enjoy healthy options and feel completely satisfied., the best thing
I ever did for myself,  no regrets Also attending my first support meeting last week and it was
very informative and helpful and of coarse wonderful to meet people and share our experiances.
looking forward to next meeting for sure.
