hey robyn, yup love for food gone is normal, but latley ive been crazing sweet and salty,so ive had my cheating moments latley, and also ive been on a stall for a few months, but dr garneau said it was normal as i did not start at a big weight, and hes more happy my bmi went down dramaticly, and he mentioned he looks at it one a 2 year basis, but now my mom joined the journey with me she was sleeved on August 24th of this year,so together we dont eat much, and its easier not doing it alone especially since we live together, but ive been telling myself tgat im a junk food junkie from all my life so its mentally hard to stop it all, when im crazing tge salty or sweet ill have a small amount, for me tomorrow in starting a new chapter,im starting the gym and going to concenrrate on my nutrition, also dr garneau found i was missing B12 so thats why im so tired and my metabolism pretty much stopped,,talk to you soon

hiya...

70 pounds in two months is amazing....... u had your sleeve done a couple of months ago? I would be proud of that stall or no stall.....good for you!.....

I went into the surgery at a low weight as well....197 BMI 39 after the two weeks 184 BMI of 37...... 4 days after surgery I am 181......I was told it will not come off as fast as someone at a larger weight.....

I walk each morning................. what I am happy for is that this morning my waking blood sugar was normal at 6.4 no pills for over a 2 wks............. I cant remember it being that low ........

For me it was getting rid of the diabetes.........

Talk soon..............
