Hi there,
I know on the little booklet were given the tell us to use Bene Protein.  Has anyone used it or can I just use my protein shake I bought.  I already bought my protein shakes at the nutrition house store.  They have a big selection.
If not bene Protein, what else did you guys use aside from broth?
Thanks,

Beneprotein you buy at the pharmacy it's made by Nestle. It's a tastless powder that you can and should add for the first few weeks to yogurt, Jello, cream soups even to shakes!

Jean Coutu ordered it for me.
Apparently they don't keep it in stock, its by order only.
I am picking it up today, I'm wondering if I will need more than 2 cans.
I have my gaz strips ready, I found it at walmart ( I hear that helps alot).
You gave me a great idea about the vomit bag.  I know I will need it (anesthisia makes me puke everytime (Lol).   I just would not have thought of  it, so thank you.
As per creamed soups, what do you suggest?

Hi there,

As Barbara said...(Hi Barbara...!!) Adding the Beneprotein was essential for me. I bought one can and didn't fini**** up. What I did with my creamy soups was add some broth to make it lighter...added the Beneprotein (make sure not too hot) because it won't dissolve well.

I only used it the first month or so and after that tried getting my protein through food only. At this time I've started using Visalus protein (get it from my cousin) and my nutritionist checked it out and said it was fantastic to use. I use it after a work out.

Take care,
Ada
