Started Opti Fast again today

Gettign ready for my second VSG. I started Opti Fast today, only have one week. Last time it was one month. But it's still hard to take it.
I hope I can get in 2 a day... I know you're supposed to drink 4 a day.

At least it's a long weekend so I can chill at home with my shakes :)

Hi Cindy,

I remember the OptiFast shakes...yup not fun...but it will help you get to your goal.
Try and get in as much as you can...remember you are also drinking these shakes because you will be needing the protein stored post-op.

it's so hard to drink these now. Even worse than fist time. I can't get them all in. It just won't fit lol.
I know you are right about the protein and even my energy is low. I could sleep all the time as it is. 

I'll have a month off to sleep :)

 Hi Cindy, I probably missed a few posts where this was addressed but why do you heed a second sleeve surgery?

Hi, It's because my sleeve was too big basically, so they decided to make it smaller as I have not lost any weight in about a year. And will be at risk to gain too much back.

 hey,just wondering how did they find it was made to big,were u not loosing weight ,im curious as im having a few things going on and getting ready to see dr garneau with an emergency appt,

Didn't you have a scan after surgery and they told you your sleeve was too small? (which was why you weren't able to drink water?) Maybe I'm confused??
