VSG on 04/30/12

Got my surgery date, april30th. need to start the optifast on Monday the 16th. Which flavors would be recommend?

Congrats. That's great news. I like the vanilla one with some sugar free syrups in it to change the flavor.

Great news!!

I was ok with both flavors...vanilla with flavored syrop and chocolate was even good alone.

I did half and half! Mixed it with anything I could think of to help with the aftertaste
