revision surgery in montreal

Hi, I'm Colleen from Montreal.  Has anyone had a 2nd weight loss surgery in Montreal?  I had open RNY in 2000 but have since gained back alot of weight.  Have been to Dr. Jette and after having a barrium swallow test, he tells me my stomach is still the same size.  I can't understand how I've gained back all this weight if my stomach is still the same size since my initial operation.  Does anyone have any info about revision, what it takes to get approved and do you know who does this operation? Don't know where to turn and would love any advice.... Thank you...Colleen
