Monday August 29th weigh in...

Hi everybody!!
I had a great week; I lost 4 pounds, brining me to 200 on the nose. Just 1 pound from Onederland. Leaving in 10 days for the OH event in New Orleans. I'm soooo excited to take a flight and have plenty of room to spare .

Hey all,

well I havent weight myself since last week but I was down 52pounds. I am moving so been quite busy! I am soooo proud of myself, what a difference in not even 2 months post-op! I feel great!

Heidi have a great trop to New Orleans and congrats!
