Thanks all for your kind wishes. I am recovering slowly and am getting back on my feet faster than i thought, but sometimes i feel week and i get hot flashes. I am able to drink water enough to keep me going and i was able to drink about 60ml of frozen boost... i have lots of flem coming out, i guess its normal since i havent smoked, it kind of makes me feel nauseous when i smell it, even perfume gets me nauseous. Martine told me today i can take the bandages off, i just cant wait to be able to take a great long shower.

Anyhow, talk to you soon guys! xoxox thanks for the wished, keeping you posted!

Glad to know that everything is fine for you. I am very happy.

Sorry we could not get together before your surgery, I was very busy at work and did a lot of overtime.  We should try to meet soon.

Kessey,
I've been working alot of overtime and then some and haven't been on the board for almost a month. I see you had surgery and that all went well. That is great. Take it slowly for the next few weeks to a month your body is doing major adjusting to all the changes. Keep us posted. This board was my life line during the first year and the support is great.
Rest and sip sip sip away!

My sense of smell was over the top for the first two weeks ... and right now, all I want is tangy and bitter.  Anything sweet turns me right off.  From what folks say here, tastes, smells, and even feeling queasy gets easier as the days go by.
Pick your surgery first, then your surgeon. Not the other way around.
PS:... Potato chips should be a food group.

I'm tired of screwing with that damn health widget.
I've lost 125 pounds to date!!!!
   And I'm UNDER 190 now!!!
