When was your surgery? I have a sal****er pool. I was swimming at 2 weeks post-op. Carefully, of course, but swimming.

Oh really? Martine had told me i couldnt for at least 3-4 weeks... I was all sad... I got surgery last week July 6th...

Me! Chicken breasts; BBQ ready!!
Grafiminou (Monica) Mixed veggies to cook on the BBQ - mushrooms, onions, zuchini, maybe some asparagus, with a bit of garlic, olive oil and herbs.

Big_Joe (Joel) Plate of cut veggies and low fat dip

Please let me know what you can bring; we'll need a green salad, cheese plate, fruit plate ?, etc...
