 I'd love to come and say goodbye to you, Sarah, as well as seeing all of you guys again. However, I'll be in the middle of my Optifast diet and I don't think I'm that strong!

I hope all the paper work and red tape don't keep you and Simon apart for very long!

I'm new to OH but I would love to meet up with folks from around Montreal who have already had their surgeries. I am planning on having a DS with Dr. Gagner in August and would love to hear about your experiences (especially Joel - since it looks like you had a DS).

I also wanted to know if anybody has had followup support from the Montreal Comprehensive Weight Management Clinic. I'm thinking I might need some "in person" support since my surgeon doesn't really offer any dieticians, exercise or psychological counselling.

Let me know if the meetup is opened to pre-ops too - I understand if it isn't.

I'm coming with my daughter Jessica!

I won't be able to attend the reunion...Sunday pm, we're taking my son to a summer camp. The camp is located 1+ hour north of Trois-Rivières and check-in time is 3:00pm (we were told is was 1:00pm). Taking care of registration and getting mini-me set  could be time consuming...Coming back from camp, taking our daughter to our babysitter (my mom) and getting to Mtl in time for supper would likely be hard to do...A case of bad karma I guess!

So have a nice evening and please take some pictures to update the family album...

@ Miss De Leon: Make sure you get back up north as soon as possible, because OH losers and CH players will definitely miss you!!!  (and, who knows, by the time you come back, maybe we'll have a 2nd NHL team to cheer for!?!)

Well, I'm off to New Jersey tomorrow. I'll be back on Sunday for this dinner. I haven't made the reservations because I don't know how many people are coming. I'm not even sure which Baton Rouge we'll be going to.... If you let me know, I will be able to make the reservations from New Jersey.

Is the get together still happening? I'm fine with Baton Rouge West Island.
