Monday Weigh-In

Hi Everyone,
I hope you guys have all regroup after our dinner on Saturday night! I know I slept like a baby when I finally got home. This week was rather slow for me. I went from 327.8 to 325.4 for a loss of 2.4 pounds but the scale did show me 324 on Friday so I know it's not broken. I went to the gym only twice last week but with all this rain coming, I think I'll be able to hit it up at least 3 times this week; four if I'm lucky. It's funny how we feel so good after going to they gym but I just find it so hard getting motivated to go. I guess it'll become routine once I start going more regularly. I have hockey tonight and Wednesday so that should help too. Have a great week everyone!

Hi,

Derek, I would not say it is slow. This should be a normal weight loss. The 5 lbs a week is not the regular weight loss.

Thanks again to my personnal drive, without him, I would not have been able to see all of you on Friday.

I did okay, I have lost 1.5 lbs last week.

I am getting there slowly but surely.

Doris, don't worry, the weight loss will be back.

 I weighed in at 223.4, which means I gained 2 lbs thanks to our Saturday night adventure, but it was totally worth it! All in all, I'm still losing and my goal is to have lost 30 lbs by my surgery date (June 30th). I think it's doable, we'll see.

 My weight loss isn't budging... however I am seeing differences in my body shape and the inches are coming off!  I am doubling my eliptical workout each week and feel that I am getting stronger and able to go longer without being winded!  

I feel like on my days off from working out now that I SHOULD be working out!  Really weird how my mind is thinking like that now.

Great job ya'll!!!  Keep up the losing streaks!
