Hey congrats Derek, im so proud of all your accomplishments! We often hold back on things we want to do in life due to our physical hold backs... You did it dude!!!!! :) Im so happy for ya! Congrats to your lovely women too she must be soooooooooo excited!!! I know im not on here often, time is short for me sometimes but I always check in from time to time! I also got the call today to attend the nutritionist session in Mtrl on June 9th yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!

Congrats Derek to you and Catherine.  Your shrinking away.  Great work keep it up.  I am doing good weight coming off slowly. Weighed in at 189 so I am going in the right direction. The last 30 lbs are harder to lose. Thats ok I can deal with the wait. lol  still can only  eat 1/2 cup.   Still not able to get my avitar fixed. darn it.  Went to see Charley Pride on Sunday great show.  Doris QC.

Our bodies plateau at various weights and I know those numbers are going to keep going in the right direction for you. I know I was stuck for about 2 weeks. Now with the addition of extra exercise, the numbers have started to go back down again. You can do it! I believe in you.
