Finally some news from Sacre Coeur....

That is AMAZING news Anne! You are only 3 weeks away from another Step in this journey of yours. It may have taken a bit longer than some other people but in the end, we will all get this surgery and be happy and healthy. If it's like me, I got the call 3 months later and the surgery 2 months after that so you aren't too far away! I'm so excited for you! It would be nice if you could make it out on the 14th to meet us all.

Thanks Derek,  I have been waiting for soooo long for this and i've been researching it for so long that i'm now ready to get it done....   Hope all goes well, and they  call me soon for my tests and surgery date....  I know my dr. doesn't operate in the summer so i'm thinking Sept. or Oct.  but it WILL get done this year....

I will try to make it on the 14th if i'm not working as I  get my work schedules on Friday for the week ahead....   Looking forward to meeting you all....

I'm SUPER HAPPY for you, you have no clue. After that huge blow up last month about waiting times, I totally felt so much sympathy for you after being put on the back burner for so long. You're surgery will totally happen this year (fingers crossed)!! You deserve this so much and I can't wait for your journey to unfold. You just gave a lot of us so much hope :)

Thank you Omar,  I'm so happy now to finally get some news after all this time....   Maybe it was the "nice" letter I sent them a couple of weeks ago that triggered it or maybe it was just my time but it's finally MY turn!!!!   I just can't wait for this to happen, after 28 months with no news from them except when I called,  I was just about to go mad and phone or write a piece of my mind....  well maybe I did....   Somebody just had to do something about it.....   I was tired of waiting....  Now, i'm thinking maybe sept. or oct. it should be done or so i hope....

Anyways, thanks for encouraging me, you were a great help....
