Looks like you had a good week...Almost 5 pounds lost and the 350lbs is within reach, That's great!
Swimming should do you good...but keep an eye on trunks as they may slip!

I'm doing fine...Food goes in great, weight is stable... I sometimes indulge a bit, but not enough to get punished by my scale. WLS is really a good thing, isn't it? Life is so much easier and pleasant now!

I weighed in at 152lbs this weeks. A gain of 2 pounds. Let's hope its not a trend and I am not on the post 18month ten pound regain my surgeon talked about. I am not ready to have that happen just yet....will patiently wait until next week to see what my friend the scale says. Have a good week everyone. Keep up the great losses to our newest recruits.
