Hi Everyone!
Glad to see everyone is melting away with the snow!

It was a good week for me this week! I'm able to eat a bit of everything and move around more. I'm no gymnast yet but I'm getting there.

As for the weight loss, if you guys don't mind, please go check out my blog!

Hey Derek,

I am on for a coffee or water meeting.  I watch your video, I think this is a great idea and congratulation on your 7.6 lbs.

Sunday might be better as we have a family get together on Saturday.

Hi everyone, congrats on your losses!  You are all doing great!
Wish I lived nearer to Gatineau, to get to see you all! Maybe we can plan a big get together later this spring?  Have a nice week!

Happy Spring everyone! I am off work this week and went for a couple of hours snowshoeing. We still have sooooo much snow. The weather is warm though. It was truly a sunny spring day and great for doing some exercise. My weigh in's are stable at 150lbs. I am starting to get more evening gravings though. I've been snacking on soda crackers, whole wheat but none the less I can slowing go through the whole back in an evening. It goes down so well....too well. I have no friggin idea where the carb craving is coming from. I'll need to control that but right now it is winning. I am not gaining but I am definately keeping an eye on things.
Have a great week everyone!
Nat- you are doing so good but where are the new pics?
Cindy- a loss is definately better than a gain. Your journey reminds me so much like mine, ever so slow.....but I got there and you will too my friend!
Doris-you are rocking that tool of yours and in Onederland....that is wonderful. Yeah for you. Go girl
Derek_ doing great. love the vlog.
Diane-how in the heck did you get down to 138lbs! You are doing so great. Who would have thought eh?
See you all next week!

 Hello everyone!

Congrats on Onederland, DOris!  Derek  you are rocking this weight-loss thing!!  And grats to everyone else on your maintaining or losing!  What a bunch of losers we are all!!!

I had an interesting week this last one.  After reading much about it, I have decided to try and turn to a vegan diet.  I broke my week lng weight loss stall all in one day!  I am down 3 pounds since last Monday! 273.  23 more pounds till I reach my next mini goal!!!

I return to Montreal this Saturday and would LOVE it if we could maybe start to organize an upcoming meeting for us all!!!  I have missed you all dearly and can't wait to see everyone's progress!  (plus I like the opportunity to show off my new tummy LOL-  I wont lie!)

I am so happy to be going home!  Life right now is so good!  I hope for this much happiness for everyone!!

Hi guys!

Sorry for checking in late...These days, I spend a great part of my time on work-related internet researches for a new project, so I try to keep the PC off during leisure time.

Glad to know that you guys are doing well!

Cindy and Nathalie: Continued progression is the name of the game but speed may vary...
Doris: Hurray for Onederland!!!
Derek: Doin' great buddy,  (btw, nice vlogs)
Brenda & Diane: Surfiing like pros!
Sarah: Wow, so much progress! Be proud of this new tummy...And tell us more about your vegan experience!

A get-together would be nice indeed!

Personnally, life is good. I'm oscillating between 176-177 pounds and maintenance is quite easy these days...Restricting carbs too much cuts my energy level quite a bit. So, when I feel "weak", I allow myself a little more starchy foods and it gives me some energy back...without really compromising weight maintenance. Still got to work on getting snacks in...

On the down side: So bored of people/clients telling me to stop losing weight!!! OK, probably sounds like I'm whining for nothing but some people don't seem to see that I'm stable now and they seem to think that I went overboard with that weight loss thing!!! A couple of persons even confessed to co-workers that, in their opinion,  I'm so much more "gentil" since I lost weight...What the f&?k is up with that??? Sorry, but had to vent that...

Have a good week!
