Just a little update.  It will be 2 weeks tomorrow. can you believe it.  I went shopping with my son son yesterday and I out shopped him.  I even had lunch out with him.  now remeember that no one knows except my DH that I had any surgery,  I had leek and potato soup and a glass of water which I didn't drink. so I pulled it off ok.  AT dinner at home I cooked Ham Noodles and broccoli and I had my golden carrot soup before I served dinner. wow pulled it off again.  Now everyone knows I am dieting and that spring is coming so another bonus. I just don't need any negativity. I have a large family and that would be very negative.  My son leaves in the morning then the coast is clear for the week. thought maybe my approach might  helpl someone else. you do what you hae to do.   woohoo   Doris QC.
