How much time off?

I know everyone is different and it depends on the kind of work you do...but how much time off work did you book following your surgery?  I'm thinking about it while I look at my sick time at work and wonder how far it will go...

Some people are going back very quickly. For my part, Martine had suggested up to 4 weeks. Since I had plenty of sick time, I gladly took it.

However, I have to say that after two weeks, I would probably have been able to go back as long as I would have taking it easy.

Knowing that everyone is different and the procedures vary, I can say that I had my surgery 2 weeks ago today and came back to work on Wednesday of this week.  Feeling great too!

I took six weeks....but I had good coverage and I felt tired for a long time. I do have other health issues though.

Same here I took 6 weeks off. But I have good coverage too. And I was going through a divorce same time... so I took my time going back.
